 Jude is warned by the apostle Paul about unbelievers creeping into their congregation seeking their own advantage , he reminds them with  examples from scripture how God  judges unbelievers, and shows mercy to his own. 

 John writes Gaius to warn him about  Diotrephes who does not accept John's teachings  (apostolic doctrine) and wrongly kicks people out of the church, John promotes Demetrius who holds to the apostles testimony. 

 Jesus appears to John with instruction for 7 churches,  He assures that He will return to judge and rule, perspectives from heaven and earth with colorful imagery fulfilling scripture and concluding history are detailed with believers back in God's garden and unbelievers in lake of fire.
