 Paul tells Titus to appoint appropriate elders who are honest,  sober,  kind and hold fast to God's word, some rebellious Judiaizers deceive and must be silenced.

The older should teach the younger sensibly, the young should be dignified and good bond servants subject to masters all doing good for the sake of the gospel.

 Be subject to all authorities for all were once enslaved to sin, do good deeds for the gospel and avoid foolish disputes about the law within the church.

 Paul wrote Timothy to  tell him to be  faithful to the Gospel, suffer persecution now for future kingdom reward, and visit imprisoned Paul, others are abandoning Paul  based on their bad theology that imprisoned people aren't of God. 

Paul appeals to Philemon (slave owner who came to Christ under Paul) to forgive escaped slave Onesimus  and graciously send him back to help Paul further the cause of the gospel .
