 The genealogies lead to Jesus the Messiah (Christ) from Abraham to Joseph,  Joseph was betrothed to the virgin Mary,  after angelic visit Joseph keeps Mary as virgin wife until baby Jesus is born fulfilling prophesy.

 Magi from the east saw a unique star and came to worship Messiah,  King Herod plots to kill this baby, an angel appears to Joseph and they escape to Egypt, Herod foiled kills all baby boys in that area.

 John the Baptist (the voice in wilderness prophesied in Isaiah) is introduced baptizing people (but not Pharisees) and tells them the kingdom of heaven is at hand, he baptizes Jesus.

 Satan tempts Jesus after He fasted,  Jesus refutes Satan quoting scriptures, He begins ministry and calls Simon and Andrew and He heals various sicknesses.

 Jesus preaches on the mountain and explains the Old Testament (ex. both murder and hatred don't measure up to God's just righteous standard), "you are to be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect."

 Jesus warns about practicing righteousnes to be seen by men, do everything for God who sees the heart knows everything   (all lack God's righteous standard)  God sees and cares deeply for all.

Jesus explains that the only way to be right with God is to ask  for this righteousness, doing this is like building your home on rock that endures (Jesus) not sand that  fails (everything else).

 Jesus heals a leper and a centurion's paralyzed servant and Peter's mother in law, He calms the storm for the disciples and casts out many demons.

 Jesus forgives sins and then heals paralytic as proof of authority,  He called Matthew, heals a bleeding woman and 2 blind men,  He raises a girl from the dead and cast out demons, all which disturbed the Pharisees. 

 Jesus commissions His disciples to go to the Jews only, He heals  and casts out demons as proof that He is the Messiah,  accepting or rejecting Jesus will determine the people's acceptance or rejection by God the Father. 

Jesus assures John in prison that He is the Messiah Isaiah prophesied  and John 's importance as the last prophet to eyewitness Messiah ,  He denounces the unrepentant cities, and explains His yoke of dominion is easy.

 Jesus contends with the Pharisees over the meaning of following the law and the Sabbath, they accuse Him of Satantic powers,  their fruit (words) reveal their character.

 Jesus teaches using many parables including the parable of the sower and seed with meaning explained,  all highlighting  that Jesus' presence makes this is a very special time in all the world.

 John the baptist is beheaded,  Jesus  miraculously feeds the five thousand and He walks on water so all are aware that Jesus is very unique .

 Jesus explains that man is defiled by there heart (desires of inner character) ritual cleanings from the law can not  solve this,  he heals more and feed more miraculously.

 Jesus gives the Pharisees only the sign of Jonah, Peter confesses that Jesus is the prophesied Christ (Messiah),  and Jesus foretells his death and the cost of following Him.

 Jesus is transfigured with Moses and Elijah amongst Peter, James and John ,  He cast out a demon that his disciples could not, He orders tax paid from catching fish with gold coin in mouth. 

 Jesus explains the importance of God's standards  and acting accordingly , and tells His disciples a parable about how much one should forgive (always) based on how much God forgives us. 

 Jesus explains what God intended for marriage from Genesis to refute the Pharisees, He explains God's standard to the rich young ruler, and about future kingdom rewards.

 Jesus tells parable of the laborers in the vineyard, Jesus explains that in the kingdom those who are last or serve will be exalted or first, and He heals two blind men.

 Jesus enters Jerusalem triumphantly, His authority is challenged by the Pharisees, He explains with parables that he is the cornerstone Isaiah prophesied that God's people will  now follow Him.

 Jesus tells the parable of the wedding feast to explain those who recognize their unworthiness will be accepted and defends bodily resurrection from scripture against the Sadducees.

 Jesus exposes the Pharisees with eight woes for shutting off God's kingdom to the people with hypocritical rules that appear to follow scripture but are self serving are deeply wicked.

 Jesus tells His disciples signs preceding His future return to establish God's kingdom,  

His sudden glorious appearance and  corresponding  tribulation.

 Jesus tells two parables (ten virgins and talents) to illustrate His future role as judge for all mankind split into two categories,  sheep (who accept Jesus' message of imputed righteousness) into eternal life , and  goats (all others relying on their own righteousness) to eternal punishment.

A woman anoints Jesus with nice perfume, Jesus foretells His betrayal by Judas at the last supper which is the first communion,  Jesus is tried falsely  by Caiaphas the High Priest, Peter denies Jesus as foretold.

 Judas has remorse, Jesus is tried by Pilate the Roman ruler who reluctantly handed  Him over to be scourged, mocked, crucified, and buried, then Roman guards were  set to prevent theft of body, all fulfilling scripture.

 Jesus rises from the dead, is witnessed by guards and many, the guards are bribed to testify and lie about disciples theft of body (allowing theft should require guards death),  Jesus gives great commission to the eleven. 

  Jesus the servant of God comes to deliver Israel from Satan's dominion,  He is rejected, dies for the sins of this world, is raised again, He trains the disciples to carry forth the good news of the gospel as His act of service to all.
