 The apostle Paul exalts the gospel of Jesus Christ, from creation God is evident to the  unrighteous yet he gives them over to their own depravity. 

All who have sinned without the Law are condemmed, and the Jews who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law. 

 Therefore all are guilty, none are righteous,  being justified is God's gift through the redemption which is only in Christ Jesus.

 Abraham's faith was credited to him as righteousness  while uncircumcised, all who  have faith in Jesus are Abraham's descendants.

 Jesus died for his enemies, death entered all through one man's sin (Adam),  justification enters all who believe through one man's righteous act (Jesus on cross).

 Believers  are no longer legally  bound to sin  under the law like a slave contract, they are free to be instruments of righteousnes,  and now a legally bound slave  to imputed righteousness

All who believe in Jesus are freed from  the Law and joined to resurrected Christ,  the old flesh  still wages war (self righteousness), in Christ  we are victorious.

 Therefore there is no condemnation, living for flesh is death, living for spirit  is life, Almighty God utterly loves us, victory comes only in Jesus

 The apostle Paul expresses his anguish over Israel who as a nation rejected their Messiah, several prophetic statements foretell Israel's stumble.

Obstinate  Israel doesn't  have God's righteousness (in Jesus) but their own misguided righteousness under the Law,  Jesus was the entire point of the Law. 

 God will ultimately reconcile his beloved nation Israel, believers like Paul are His remnant in the mean time, Gentiles who have been grafted in should never become proud. 

 Therefore all believers should not be like the world but be tranformed by God's word, live humbly as recipients of grace unified loving never proud.  

 Believers are to be subject to government, pay taxes, love others,  make no provision for fleshly lusts by putting on the Lord Jesus Christ.

 Live in a way that helps the weaker brother for his sake never judging, each will give an account to God eating or drinking should glorify God.

 Deny oneself for the sake of your brothers to be of one mind for Jesus, accept one another boast only in Jesus I (Paul) am planning to visit you.

 Greetings and love is expressed to various people in Rome that Paul has visited and will visit, beware of those teaching anything contrary.

  The ministry of Jesus is continued through 12 Jewish apostles, the apostles preach that Jesus was the messiah from the Law, the nation Israel rejects this message and a new entity the Church emerges and is defined solely by identity  with belief in  Jesus .  

 Paul responds to divisions in the Corinthian church based on misinterpretations of his teachings  that kingdom rewards are not evident  through gifts and success now ,  but that  this is an age of suffering humbly for the gospel for future kingdom rewards.
